Every battery has a different life expectancy from how much stuff is on the phone to how big the battery is. The Motorola Razor battery lasts roughly about Six months at the longest. Also depending on the chemistry of the battery if it is a lithium ion battery it can create a memory which means that it wont charge past a certain point. If you always charge the battery when it is 80% charged and the time then the battery will think that is its full point. Let the battery die and charge it until its full and then let it die and do this two or three times and this should get rid of any memory it built up.

If you read manufacture details of battery you'll find that when you first get it, it should be fully charged a specific time it's either 6 to 8 hrs. Now because of the recharging of the battery can be subject to abuse there is practically no warranty on them with exception of manufacturing defect which is hard to prove. Normal use of your battery should be: recharge only when it's completely low or dead. Not too many people wait for this to happen therefore ruining their batteries. I'd say you'll have to get yourself a new battery and follow the guidelines of using your battery.

I think Nokia is the best phone in the case of batteries. Otherwise if you take so many pics the battery goes down quickly

a new battery should last on normal usage for over 2 years. ive been using the same original battery or mine for 3 years already.

Dont abuse its use, charge it normally not on quick charge.

I usually charge mine overnight when it has 1 or 2 bars left.

depends on the model of your cellphone. 3 hours or more, i guess. but if you are charging all the time, get a new battery then.

sometimes batteries can become ineffective after about a year of use. but i think a normal battery should last about 10 - 14hrs of use after a full charge (medium brightness with no games)

If you use it a lot, then the battery will die more quickly. My cell usually lasts almost up to a week.
