start a upload program like www.photobucket.com, its free and it gives you the url, html, and img codes to add to your page and can also use the photos to make your layout...

The URL. right click the picture and select properties. The URL code should be listed. Highlight the URL and select copy. Go to Edit Profile and go to the box in which you would like the picture to be shown on your profile. Right click inside that box, select Paste and Click on Save Changes. The picture should now be on your profile.
