Mexican is most delicious so I fill more in my tummy but living over here in central Europe, I know this Austro-Hungarian type food is most filling. We have lots of dumplings, potatoes, sauces. It's good for a short time but to live on it is not delicious nor good for my figure & health. I miss home. I like to feel full and the most healthful filling food is fiber rich.
