Difference between a bad strained muscle and torn muscle?
I thought I pulled my right bicep a few months ago but the pain has increased greatly in the last two weeks when I try lifting anything over 20 lbs approx. , Could it be a torn muscle or something else?

If you do a Yahoo search on: Muscle Strain vs. tear you will get a detailed explanation on the #1 website. You need to see a doctor to find out what is wrong and the best treatment for it.
