What beliefs are you most passionate about?
It doesn't even have to be religious, though that's fine if it is. It can even be silly. All I ask is that it be a belief--not a proven fact, but an opinion you hold that others might disagree with. (This question popped into my head whilst Jibba Jabba Prime's questions were making me ponder my perceived superiority of Macs, something I'm far more likely to argue about than religion any day...)

1. Deity exists. Multiple deities may exist. All beliefs in deity are equally valid, including a belief that none exists. There is no One True Path. We do not know the actual answer. (That last one isn't a belief, but a fact. But it is the only thing here I claim as fact, I promise.)
2. Fundamentalism (in ANY religion) needs to be eliminated. Or at least, the power of fundamentalists needs to be stripped.
3. The only real "moral" is that people should try not to hurt other people, the planet, and themselves, except in self-defense and even then with great restraint.
4. You do not need deity, religious leaders, or holy books to have morals.
5. Spiritual beliefs are personal, and must be kept out of the law and public education.
6. No person may control the spiritual life of another - even his or her own child.
7. The survival of our planet and our civilization hinges on the restoration of the balance between masculine and feminine influences.
8. Magic exists and can be used.
9. There is no absolute right or wrong, no perfect good or perfect evil.

I passionately believe in a lot of things...
First and foremost is the love of God and my love for him...
I believe that the majority of people in the world are honest and good, with intentions which are only good in their opinions... and that all people are deserving of my love. (Although from experience I have learned that this is not the case, I'm far happier in hoping and working towards making it this way no matter how often I am told or even somethimes think it can not be)
With my whole heart I believe that anything is possible.
I believe that McDonalds is just as good as a 5 star restaurant.
I believe (perhaps a little naïvely) that because I'm happy I have the responsibility to do all I can to make everyone else happy.
I believe in an amazing power held in smiles, hugs, a kind word, truth, justice, peace, dreams, imagination, mankind, and making angels in the snow.
I believe that secrets are easier to share when there are cookies and glasses of milk involved.
I believe that we need to pay more attention to children, take on their excitement and joy they find in little things. Not to the extent that we return to the oblivion that exists in childhood, but a balance between the absolute delight kids find in little things and the knowledge and power we have as adults.

I'm pretty passionate about my belief that humans may very well be destroying their habitat with war, pollution, overpopulation, and general exploitation of nature.
I also believe theists are uniquely cavalier about this problem.

None. Belief is intellectually and spiritually crippling. Belief will blind you to the truth.
