My new doctor just wrote me a prescription. On it she wrote the following....?
Pharmacy-"call if (then there is a triangle sign) done from before."
Does this mean she thinks I may have done something wrong, like refill too often from another prescription for the same thing? And do pharmacies flag accounts or people? That what I thought maybe the triangle was for a warning of some sort. Any pharmacists or assistants out there?
Thanks everyone who answers.

Dear Brainiac,
Don't worry. She knows what she wrote.
The " triangle sign" means; "Change" You said that your have now a new doctor. So she want to know if the Pharmacist or Doctor change your medication or your dose before. that's it!
BTY "By The Way", You make me laugh because your are so meticulous and I like that. You have right to ask your doc. or Pharmacist what is that mean?
Take Care!

The triangle is a symbol for "change". So, the doctor wants to be notified by the pharmacy if the dose of your medication is different. That way your doctor's books and the pharmacy's records will be all on the same page. If there is a change, the pharmacy will call your doctor and they'll figure out what dose of medication you should be on. Not to worry, you're in good hands!

Maybe it wasn't in your chart and she wants to make sure if it works for you. Have you done something bad?
