I broke the inside oven door glass. (note to self, after oven goes through self-cleaning mode, DO NOT then open and wipe inner door glass with a wet cloth.) Does this mean she thinks I may have done something wrong, like refill too often from another prescription for the same thing? And do pharmacies flag accounts or people? That what I thought maybe the triangle was for a warning of some sort. Any pharmacists or assistants out there?

It was a half-moon shaped piece of metal. The outer edge had a plastic/fabric and on the inside of the moon shape there was a piece of clear thin plastic. You placed the object up against the roof of your mouth, put your tongue against it and blew, thus making a "bird" sound. Early 60's. late 50's perhaps. Please someone must remember. Thanks.
