What's much more important than going to bed it is figuring out what it is that's making you tired. Are you getting enough nutrition? Is stress draining you? Look inside yourself and find the reasons. If you cannot be honest with yourself, then perhaps you need to do some self-examinitation and find out the reasons you're fooling yourself. But, if you've been up late and had a busy day, then you deserve a good night's sleep.

I think you should go to bed.. because any bloodwork you deal with will make you a little fatigue and not having the adequate amount of sleep will only alter you..

Yes, definitely an adult needs at least 8 hours of sleep each day, and if you are going to have a blood work in the morning, you should definitely go to bed.
