Why do extremely obese people have dark marks on their faces?

The reason they have dark circles and marks on their faces is because this is the bodies way of letting us know that their is something wrong with our body. Dark circles around the eye area means a person is not drinking enough qood quality water, and or is not getting enough sleep. It is also a sign that the kidneys and liver are both working overtime.
