what would you do if you're not happy with the environment in your work?

go back to school no matter how old you are and BE YOUR OWN BOSS own your own company and make your own rules

Look for something else, there's a good chance the company you work for alot like every other american company could care less what you think of their workplace. Complaining to others won't solve anything, telling the higher ups will most definetely never solve anything. Easiest thing to do is find somewhere else, and hope for the best, corporations these days don't really care what their employees care about.

Id atleast try to make it better, but if that doesnt work Id start looking for another job.

Bring in framed photos and pictures, add some live plants, play soft music.
