    A linguist is someone skilled in several languages;

    a lexicon is the vocabulary used by or known to an individual;

    a macroverbumsciolist (I love that word!) is a person who is ignorant of large words.. those words come close, but still don't fit your definition.

    A vocabularian is one who knows and uses words that are beyond the comprehension of normal people. This comes more closely than the other words, though you can barely regard that as a real word, as it is not found in www.dictionary.reference.com but in www.urbandictionary.com.
