Abdominal "shivering"?

I am having what feels like "shivering" in my abdominal area and around to my back. It feels like when you've been out in the cold too long. I have irritable bowel syndrome and have been under extreme stress lately. It is always there, but I notice it the most when I am lying down in bed at night. It makes me even more anxious and then keeps me awake. Sorry to be gross, but if I let out a really big burp, it gets a little better temporarily. Has anyone ever experienced this?

i once had this when i was extemely stressed out and worried.

if you have ibs that wont help you, your best bet is trying to relax and calming down, for one it will help your ibs and your stomach settle.

you could just have trapped wind if its temp relieved when you burp
