Are you scared to use the Public restroom urinals fearing someone will see your buddy down there?

You have a lot of company. Many men use the stalls instead of the urinals. It's not worth worrying a lot about, but sometimes you may find no stalls available, and you have to use the urinal. My worst time was at Tanglewood (MA), where they have old-fashioned troughs instead of individual urinals, and the stalls were all taken.

Everyone is so afraid of being caught looking at somebody else's equipment that they just stare down or at the wall. Don't worry about it.

Fastest way over your fear is confront it directly. Try one of those old stadium troughs where the line crawls around the wall. Pick a spot at the end of the trough and face in. Everyone else who is facing the wall will see you there clear as day. Whip it out, take all the time you need

Other possibility is in a communal shower you can pee into the drain. Again, everyone will see clearly and if you're not able to pee no worry! Just be sure to hit the drain

Make yourself do it, I did over several years and finally can just walk in, whip it out and let fly. Air travel alot will also help, cause there are hardly ever any empty stalls in the airports.

I would step up to the urninal, whip it out, aim, and close my eyes and count, and usually by 20 my stream would start. No prob anymore after doing that. You get used to being next to other guys, and hearing them pee as you do also. Gets natural and normal, so hopefully this will help. Always remember the other guys have the same equipment you do, and you all have to pee. And there are rarely many perverts around waiting to reach out and grab your jewels or watch your penis--guys just do their business. And yes, everyone makes sideways glances, it's a fact of life. Show-em you've got a good one.

You have a phobia - it's perfectly OK, a lot of people have irrational fears, it's nothing to be ashamed about!

Did you have some traumatic experience in a men's room - perhaps involving some pervo staring at your penis while you were trying to relieve yourself?

In any case, you can condition yourself to get comfortable with mens rooms - perhaps start with a mens room that's totally empty, and then work your way up to going to the mens room with a guy you know and trust, and eventually you'll be able to pee in the urinal without worrying if some random sicko is going to stare at your penis!!!

Your Pee shy just like I am. Your not the only one who hates using a public restroom. My fear is having some pervert look at me. You know how these days are with that.

Welcome to the liberal utopia. Toilets that don't flush. Faucets that don't let the water out. For a while, they were even making sink stoppers that didn't hold the water in the sink, supposedly to keep small children from falling in and drowning in a sink left full of water unattended. But thank God those went out of style.

First off - what are you truly afraid of? Are they going to laugh at you? Are they going to give you unwanted attentions? I do not think they will laugh at you. And unwanted attention - you can handle that - it is your choice whether or not to accept the attention afterall. And if anyone wanted to give you unwanted attention - they are definately telling you they are attracted and that you have nothing to be ashamed of physically.

Do what you want to do...dont matter whos around.....there is no point trying to hold it back....you will only hurt your kidneys. I had a similar case like yours but in a dream except that there was only one WC.
