well, let me ask u one thing: why is the man always the one to pay for everything??? So good on ya mate for that one. I have been married for 2 years and both me and hubby dont have much money because we are off to thailand for a week with jetstar so we are pretty much on the same boat. I am organizing a nice dinner with romantic candles, just a simple meal and a cute candle on the table a nice wine or just diet coke (he loves coke!). I got a simple recipe on the net. I have also got him an handmade present. I have printed out 101 reasons why i love him on little pieces of paper, put them in a nice box and fill it up with glitters. I was also thinking that saturday (since we both work full time) I was going to organize to go to the drive in in Dromana for a nice movie. I am with the idea that massive and expensive Valentines Day are just to impress each other when really, we have a lifetime to do that. As long as you are together and have a good time, thats all that matters. If then you live near St Kilda, you can always go to Soul Mama, a veggie restaurant thats very inexpensive and its really goooooood!!! For 40.00 bucks you can get a big meal with drinks. Im a meat lover but Soul Mama really does it.....
