I propose that anyone, no exceptions, who intentionally kills a human, be put to death.?

I believe it is wrong to kill another. I acknowledge accidents should be an exception. But I propose that anyone who pulls the trigger or votes for another to pull the trigger, or who orders another to pull the trigger...which kills a person, should themselves be put to death. No exceptions. The idea would be for ALL POLITICIANS who vote for war to be put to death. All generals who plan wars would be put to death. Thus there would be nobody to order soldiers to kill others. My god, would this stop wars? Would it work? What do you think?

Ok, Ok. I respect your point of view but what about circumstances of self-defense? or to defend an innocent victim? Wouldn't it make a judge or a law-abiding citizen a murderer as well for supporting capital punishment? Food for thought.

First off, people in the military are not drafted these days, the enlist of their own free will. Same as police officers. There is always risk involved, and it's not like these people take these jobs thinking they will never get shot or never have to shoot another person.

Secondly, if I want to self-terminate, I want that option. I don't know about other people, and I know it's a very tricky topic to discuss, but I feel that it's my life, my choice.

Third, you say accidents should be an exception, what about people who do stuff on purpose and make it just look like an accident? Happens everyday.

Fourth, if you think all these people who order others to kill should be put to death, doesn't that make you a hypocrite? Who decides who dies and who doesn't? You? You think people who shoot people should be killed themselves? Makes no sense whatsoever.

Fifth, if someone sticks a gun in my face and I truly fear for my life, you're goddamned right I'm gonna do what I can to ensure my survival, even if it's snapping the guy's neck. It's called self-preservation, and you'd do the very same thing and you're a liar if you say otherwise.

It feels like 'a watch for a watch' is justified through anybody the following....??? ought to we practice an similar to the infantrymen in conflict that blow up harmless people - children and children coated?? would that be an similar? What if a minor killed yet another minor? What if it grow to be an twist of destiny? As for abortion, what if it grow to be needed? a watch for a watch...????? in the top the international will be blind!! What is going round comes round, if the action of killing grow to be intentional like in the report above and this individual did not get the demise penalty, i'm particular the different prisoners he ought to face will honestly "type him out". this can be a daft question to respond to! you need to judge each and each and every incident in a unique way. some moves will require more beneficial consequences to others, I consider the fact above, this guy must be spent time and lynched! the completed justice equipment seems babying the criminals that quite deserve proper punishment and those who do not thoroughly deserve harsh sentences are made examples of. its all backwards and upside-down!! In China in case you get the demise penalty then say "bye-bye" that very day, they don't waste time, money and resources on a criminal! besides the undeniable fact that it would suck large time in case you've been fairly harmless!

I respect your value of human life, but you are taking this too far to the extreme.

If you were placed in a situation where you had to defend yourself or a loved one, I have no doubts in my mind that you would kill, if need be.

There are times when self-defense is justified, whether it be a person under attack, or a nation. All persons have a right to survive, and they should not be victim to predators, neither to nations that intend to cause harm.

Planners and initiators of war are not evil, in themselves. That would intend entirely upon the motives. IF the motives were to defend good people against bad ones, then certainly the planners and initiators of war would be guiltless. As a matter of fact, they would be doing a righteous thing. IF you have someone who is planning evil, that is quite another matter.

You will never stop wars, neither will you stop violence. That is hard wired into mankind, and always will be. Your value for human life is admirable, but your solution is not practical.

If there is such a thing as "atoning" for one's crimes it might be fair to say that death row is the "easy way out." It may not be so much an issue on the morals of life and death, but the morals of education and human improvement. Do you truly believe in second chances, that the majority of us are capable of rehabilitation? More importantly, is it justified (for the family of the deceased) to set you free after murder and rehabilition? It would really depend on who you are and how your circumstances stand.

If someone rapes your 6 year old ??

You catch and shoot the guy in the head.

You mean to tell me ....We should kill you??

I think I have a problem with the No Exceptions.

I feel ya with the No More War, but there are

just some people who need to be dead.

What you are doing incites sincere hatred. There have been wars on this planet since time has been recorded and I don't suppose it will end any time soon.

What would actually be your suggestion to help rid America of killing? After all, if we shoot a General or a President for killing, then we are guilty of "Premeditated Murder." See...ya just have to think this stuff through.

So, everyone is dead...and now what?

So what your saying is that everyone should Die because when you put that person who kills to death then you yourself are killing and you would have to be put and then that person who killed you would have to be put to death and so and so and so on and then there would be only one and that would of course be Duncan Mcleod Of the clan Mcleod yea OK!!!!

What about the military? The serviceman who kills on your behalf so you continue to have the freedom to go on spouting the drivel you're spouting right now. What about the swat team sniper who kills a guy who is holding a knife to an infant's throat, threating to kill them? Do these people deserve to die?

Well, that makes sense. But, WHO WILL KILL THE EXECUTIONER?

I propose that all stupid people are killed. That way, they will be eliminated from the gene pool, and we can get smarter.
