Computer Science at University of Waterloo, Toronto, British Columbia, or SFU?
I'm a student living in Vancouver looking to complete a computer science degree at UW, UofT, UBC, or SFU (Simon Fraser University). I'm looking for a good program that could lead me to a top programming job (e.g Google) after graduation.
What I think so far:
UW: Best program, but doesn't transfer AP credits (I have 6 AP courses).
UofT: Good global reputation. Don't know how good their CS program is.
UBC: Good global reputation. CS program is a joke?
SFU: Little global reputation but programs are great (especially CS).
Where should I go?

Waterloo has a great co-op program. We inerview a lot of kids from there, and their resumes always look so much better than the kids that spent the summer as a life guard.

Both are great schools for CS. Waterloo has an optional co-op, I believe, so I would prioritize it. U of T doesn't. It's hard to obtain a high GPA at both schools though (although this would only matter if you were planning on attending grad school after).
