Help! What movie ends like this?

Can someone help me figure out what movie ends when the man male character is walking down the street with another guy and passes a restaurant window and looks inside and sees the female lead character who was his LOVE interest during the whole movie and she's sitting at a table surrounded by her friends and the two finally catch eyes and they just smile at each other and then he keeps walking down the road?? Please help. I'm going nuts.

Update:

I totally think the second person who answered was right... I think it was Prime. For some reason, I seriously thought that "A Lot Like Love" ended that way, but I just watched it and it wasn't that. I think it was "Prime" though. Thanks for your help!

Now you have me going nuts too. I recall the scene - great melancholy ending, much like the one in the Eastwood/Meryl Streep film, "Bridges of Macon County" (or some such title) when Eastwood drives into town and it is pouring rain and he sees Meryl with her husband and she looks over to him, both knowing it is over and can never be. Ten hankies! Hope someone gets this one answered. Nuts! I'm going Nuts!
