I remember watching this on a nighttime news program, something like 48 Hours or Primetime. The story involved 2 young men in Utah? Colorado? who went out for a short hike and lost their bearings. They ended up lost for something like 10 days with no food, no water, and both became dehydrated and delirious. They found a piece of paper and pen and both wrote goodbye notes to their families, thinking they'd never be rescued. During the night, one of the men woke up to the sound of the other man in horrible pain and the man begged his friend to kill him because they were starving to death. The man killed his friend and rescuers found the man and the deceased the next day only one mile from their car. If I remember right, the man was prosecuted and was facing or had done jail time even tho the friend had put in writing that he wanted his friend to kill him. Does anyone remember this story? Could you please provide a link? I've searched every way I can think and can't find it. TY!

Looking for a song I heard on XM radio last night. Sounds like a male band, possibly Our Lady Peace, similar to Matchbox 20, lyrics were SIMILAR to the song "15 Stories" by Mighty Joe Plum and probably came out around the same time...

Said something about catch me when I fall, something about drowning (? not literally)... I know it's not much to go on but if anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it. Those aren't the exact lyrics but I'm searching like crazy to try to find the song. It's one of those that I know it a little bit when I hear it, but I can't think of it when it's not on AT ALL. I'm just curious to know what physiological change takes place in female bodybuilders that makes them look like men in the face. Is this caused by steroids? It seems that their bone structures even change though. What would cause a woman to desire to even BE a bodybuilder?!! Lots of questions, sorry. Just curious about what other people think.

Hello! I need to buy some new sneakers as I seem to be suffering from Morton's neuroma in my right foot. I am wondering which type of sneaker or trainer is best to use on an elliptical machine, since there is no impact felt on the machine as there is with running on a road or track. Will a walking sneaker suffice? Please factor in my toe pain caused by the neuroma as well. I've got a doctor's appointment next week for the foot, but in the meantime, what type of shoes are best for using indoor elliptical equipment? Thanks for any advice!

Hello! I'm on day two of my saltwater setup and already I've got a lot of questions! Most I've been able to find answers to online, but this one sort of has me stumped. I've got a 55 gal tank with an Emperor Marine 400 filter with charcoal filters (2) and biowheels (2), a Maxi Jet pump with a Seaclone protein skimmer, 10 pounds of live rock, live sand, one blue damsel.

I just tested my pH and got 7.8 and I tested my ammonia to see if the cycling had started yet but ammonia is still at 0 ppm. My fish, however, seems stressed... is exhibiting all the behaviors of high ammonia. I did not test anything else yet.

I started my tank two days ago and used a product called AmQuel, as per recommendation of store owner. Now that I understand a bit more about cycling, I'm confused about why I'd WANT to use AmQuel. Didn't I just set back the cycling process as my ammonia is at 0ppm?? Help! Do I need more fish? Live rock?

Hello! I was just reading a question in the biology section on evolution... NOT talking about how the universe was created, just evolution in general. One person replied with a long, interesting, detailed answer about evolution and it got me to thinking: I'm no brainiac, but I wondered what the fundamental difference is between EVOLUTION and just plain SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST - being that those animals with the best physical or mental traits are the ones that continue to reproduce and breed. How are the two different? What makes something distiguishable as "EVOLUTION" having occured? I don't know much about either process - I'm interested in what you all have to say. Thanks!

Can someone help me figure out what movie ends when the man male character is walking down the street with another guy and passes a restaurant window and looks inside and sees the female lead character who was his LOVE interest during the whole movie and she's sitting at a table surrounded by her friends and the two finally catch eyes and they just smile at each other and then he keeps walking down the road?? Please help. I'm going nuts.

Am I going crazy or can someone help me out? I could SWEAR that when I saw this movie on HBO, it had a different ending. I could swear that after the kiss at his sister's wedding, another date flashes across the screen - 6 Months Later - and Ashton and his ex-partner in the diaper business are walking down the road and they walk past the window of a restaurant and he sees Amanda Peet inside... then he goes back and stands at the window and she is in there with all of her friends and stuff and finally she looks up and sees him and they smile and then he walks away.... so in reality they DIDN'T end up together. Am I thinking of another movie or does this have an alternate ending that I can't find on IMDB?? Thanks for the help! Maybe I'm "blending" two movies in my head???

I've used programs like Napster and Limewire before, but Limewire crashed my computer and I had to start from scratch. I'm hesitant to use similar programs because I don't want to inadvertantly download another virus. Is there a "safe," free way to download music? Can I download a music file from a program like Limewire and scan it first with virus detection software before it runs on my computer? Thanks for all the help!

I'd like to change the color of the fabric on my loveseat from off white to a brown. I remember hearing somewhere, sometime ago that tea (hot, from tea bags) makes an inexpensive and interesting dye for fabric. Has anyone else heard this or am I alone? I'm trying to plan a trip from Florida to Vancouver during November 2006. I've heard it's cheaper to fly from FL to Montana and then rent a car to go to Canada. Has anyone else ever done this to travel to Canada from the States? We are planning on going to Whistler Blackcomb to try a ski vacation this year. I bought this movie the day it came out but it took me a while to watch it (I have a two-year-old so I can only watch my shows at night.) I finally finished it today, but what did I miss?? Hello! My new finches had bred, layed two eggs (but pushed one out of the nest). The remaining egg has hatched and our baby hatchling is getting very big! (It's now about two weeks old.) Today when I peeked in to check on baby bird, there are two new eggs in there. I don't want my pair to continue breeding -- I know it's stressful and I read somewhere to only let them lay two clutches a year. I also know that to prevent clutches, I need to remove the nest but how can I do that when there is still a hatchling in it? Thank you for your help! PS--> I have not checked to see that these eggs are viable... I haven't seen the pair breed recently. If they are just duds do I remove them? Not quite sure...
