if any one with a pontiac grand prix could help?

my wipers are acting up and the drivers side barely works!!! i checked the nuts and they are tight. i dont really feel like putting in 500 dollars to fix the relay and dont know anyone that could fix it for me. im pretty sure its the relay b/c when im in the car and turn them on it sounds weird like under the hood. so if any one could give me a website to buy a relay and maybe a diagram to find it it would help me soooooo much!!!! it's hard to drive in the snow when ur wipers are f*cked.

also in case i cant do it can you include an approx. labor fee to install one?

(it's a 1998)

Well, it's possible that it's a relay, and if so that's a pretty easy fix. Heck, you could probably go to autozone or something and talk a boy into doing it for you, it's not a hard job at all and the relay is probably under $10. If it's not the relay, though, it could be the wiper motor, which would be considerably more to fix..

If you're near a school of any kind, ask young people where they get their cars worked on. Most areas have an auto place that caters to younger people..
