    Corperations, to avoid any law suits as minor and major changes happen often in all regions of areas.

    "Subject to change without notice" was likely mandated by a corporate compliance department. Lawyers are savvy, but not good wordsmiths.

    there is probably no historical record of who started that awful, clunky phrase. so we don't know who to slap.

    plus 'subjected' should be 'subject'
