Yoga or Pilates?
I'd like to start some low impact excersizes. I'm not really worried about losing lots of weight cause I only weigh 134, but just something to tone and shape. I don't want a program that I have to spend hours everyday doing. Which is better?

I've tried both. Pilates is more active and you get more of core workout from doing reps of moves that require you to use your abs.
Yoga is a bit more laid back, but the poses are difficult to hold and you start to shake and it gives you a good workout trying to hold those strange poses.
Definately try them both if possible and see which one you like. If I had to suggest one for you, however, I'd recommend the pilates.

Pilates is definately 'excersize.' You break a sweat every time, you have to focus, concentrate, and its definatley work.
Yoga is designed to encorporate meditation techniques which provides a more relaxing excersize environment. You're still working your muscles, toning and stretching, but it isn't as 'intense' because the activities are combined with relaxation and meditiation

I suggest yoga. It not only helps to tone and shape up your body but also relaxes your mind.
