I was told that 24 hour fitness sets their scales about 15 pounds too heavy. Is this true anyone?

I don't think so. For those of us who weigh 115 lbs, plus or minus 15 pounds is a serious difference. I'd notice it right away and would have told them that their scales are broken.
What I noticed is they have their ways of selling you stuff. Even if their scales are accurate they trick you into thinking that you are fatter then you should be no matter how much you weigh. LOL.

Although each location has its own management, my friend is a personal trainer at one in Houston and he says "no". If you truly think the scales are wrong, check out the scales when nothing is one it-- they should read "0". But that is highly unlikely.

That could be a felony,if the scales are used in or for commerce.

Does the scale say -15 when you're not on it?

Keep a smaller water glass, which you need to refill often, instead of a sizable water bottle on your workspace.

Drink lots involving water. (You'll stand up for refills and trips towards the bathroom. )
