If you could invent anything to improve the world, what would it be?

A soda pop that cures any illness

There are so many things I'd like to invent. I'd love to invent a type of fuel that would replace oil, and be environmentally friendly. It would also be cheap to manufacture and cheap for consumers to purchase.

I would also invent a machine that would be capable of curing all types of cancer, which would also eliminate the incredible fear that many people have of getting the illness.

A total turn-around in people's attitudes toward Theocratic rulership. Which would require a total turn-around in their beliefs. Which, in turn, would require a total turn-around in their attitudes toward the Creator, in the first place. Compare:

Since the guy above me would get to invent a cure for cancer, I'd invent a really chronic strand of marijuana.

Temporary homes for every person on earth to live in with their self. Filled with a calm positive life setting. Soft lights, decor, self help books etc. Granted it would take billions of such homes but the reward would be: Peace on earth.

To change peoples attitude towards the care of our environment.

A cancel button on elevators to use if you pressed by mistake a floor that you didn't want to go to.
