There are different types of tickets you can get for Disneyland. The regular one-day park passes are only good for the day you use them. You don't HAVE to use it the day you buy it, but there's a limit as to how long the ticket is good for (I believe it's until the end of the year unless they have a rate hike). You can also get multiple-day passes that you can use on any day you like, but they must all be used within two weeks unless you pay extra to get the no expiration option. The last option is an annual pass, which is very expensive and isn't worth it unless you live within driving distance of Anaheim so you could do Disneyland on the weekends.

    Does that help?

If you are asking if you can purchase a Disneyland Ticket at Disneyland and not use it right away, the answer is it depends on the ticket you purchase.

For most tickets you can purchase it one day and not have the first use right away. But if it is a multi-day ticket you have 13 days to use the rest of the days up.

I don't think you were asking about Annual Passes but for those you have 3 months to use it the first time from purchase date.

If you purchase a ticket under a special offer such as the current 2fer promotion for Southern California Residents then the first use must be on the day you purchase it. This only applies to tickets purchased at Disneyland, it does not apply to tickets you would get from their Web site or places such as the Disney store. As they do not know the specific date you will be going.

If you buy a park hopper or standard one park ticket, you can use it anytime between the 2 dates on the ticket. However, the day you use it is the day it becomes invalid. Even if you use it only a few hours that day....once you've had it scanned in by the park, it's only valid that day. If this is an issue for you, get a passport which are good between 175 days out of the year and 365, all depending on which pass you buy and how much you want to spend.

depends on the ticket. For the one day one day park hopper park- they're only good teh day that they are scanned for entry. for the 2 day park hopper you have up to 13 days to do it; the days don't have to be consecutive. So u can do one day today, and the other up to 13 days later. Disneyland is currently offering a 2fer ticket. You buy the regular price one day $63.00 ticket, which is usually for one park- but they have a special offer where you can do California Adventure on a different day without an additional fee. You have up to 30 days to do that. I'm not sure about 3-5 days. Go online to: www.disneyland.com, and they wil have all the info you need. PS- Disney DOES NOT offer any discounts besides the ones advertised on their website. DO NOT purchase any that claim to be discounted disneyland tix without first inquiring about their legitimacy!!!
