Women, should this bother me?

A straight guy who I know has told me several times out of the blue "you look like ****." That's usually the first thing he says. I don't want to have much to do with him, but he lives on my floor, so I see him pretty often. Today when he told me this, I was like "what?" and he said well, it's just that you need a haircut.. it looks horrible. Another time it will be something else.. Are women always thinking the same thing, and should I let it bother me?
