Did any of the First Ladies die while their husbands were still the President in office?

I know up to 40 years ago or so but think about from George Washington on.

    Woodrow Wilson's wife, Ellen Louise Axson died just 18 months after becoming First Lady. She died in 1914 of kidney disease. They had been married for thirty years.
