K-1 Fiance Visa Process?

This is for anyone whos gone through the K-1 Fiance Visa process from Canada into the USA. I'll be getting my information pkg within the next few weeks, as to what to bring with me for my interview at the US Consulate in Montreal, QC. The question I have is, if anyone has gone through this process within the past few years, how much does the medical exam cost? Also, if you have children, do they need to have the exam done as well? Do your children also have to go with you to the interview? As I said, I'll be getting my pkg soon and I want to be prepared as far as finances go. Thanks in advance!

The medical in the philippines was 100 dollars. Just remember the person that brings you over has to make 125% of the minimum poverty guidlines. I dont know how many children you have, but i know if have 1 child, the american needs to make about 22,000 per year and goes up with each child. There is a specific website that is very helpful called www.visajourney.com that will answer all your questions.

i started the process some years ago with my fiance from India but it didn't work out. The relationship i mean but its a shame the US puts Canada through so much when Canada has been by our side for the longest. He had to get a medical exam as well. we didn't have any kids so i dont know if the kids also have to be there. But i had to supply so much paperwork to show my financial status, where i work, live breathe, lived in the past years, plane tickets for him to come here, information on how we met and when, and so on. It's a lenghty process but if you have all of your documentation in order, there shouldn't be a problem. people usually mess up because they are not organized.

I don't have experience in fiance visa but yes with in migration process.

If you fiance apply for you as a fiance is you only the fiance.

Kids are exclude unless he apply for them too. But is another process for that situation.

But I know that is not possible.

Is another process about your kids.

About the medical issue, You have to go to a place that is authorized to do the medical exams in Montreal Quebec.

Is vaccination,TB test, HIV and a Physical exam too.

    I can't remember the others.

I guess this are the only ones. I just like when you go to get the Green card so.

filing for ok-a million proves "reason to proceed to be" - she needs to immigrate, no longer "visit." for this reason, she is not any longer eligible for ESTA/visa waiver software. merely one visa at a time. student visas are non everlasting non-immigration class of visa, so once you document ok-a million petition, she isn't eligible. back, that filing is evidence of reason to proceed to be, so she turns into ineligible for any style of non everlasting, non-immigration class of visa! she ought to attend until eventually she receives her eco-friendly card to initiate using to faculties in case you recommend to marry & document for ok-a million. you are able to ought to visit her in her u . s . (or probably a 0.33 u . s .) at the same time as she waits for her fiance visa.
