What does the new-age movement teach or believe about angels?

"New Age" is a very broad term, and quite a grab bag of spiritual ideas. Many consider angels to be emmisaries of God, who can serve as guides, messengers, helpers. Others of the star-child variety, may view them as extra terrestrial or other worldy forms of life. Others consider them stewards of the Earth, in partnership with us, and with jobs not only working with us, but helping to take care of the plants and animals, etc, and basically spending alot of time straighening out our mis-directed energies, so things don't get too out of hand. ... Really though, those things that are called "New Age" really are a heap of ideas piled together. There is not one thing that I can point to and say, "That's what New Age is".

"Angels" are the holder of a gift to be especially good, because of they task is to give love.
