Sounds fishy to me because if they are sending you a PDF file then it isn't costing them to send it to your email, is it? Why do they need to recoup costs that they haven't incurred? I think they are getting $10 from as many people as they can and then they will fade away with your money. Be careful!

After reviewing the email you received, form experience I would tell you to avoid this. For one thing, since the big lawsuit last year, stormpay no long handles payments in the manner mentioned.
Also, the only way you're going to get checks from google is if you have a web site or blog with google pay per click ads running on it, otherwise, google does not have a particular paying program established for the type of work you'd alledgely be doing.
This falls into the category of what I would call a legitimate scam in the fact that they would probably send you a manual, and have you typing up ads, but you wouldn't be getting paid for some reason or another... such as your ads didn't meet their requirements.
That's the same as with people trying to make money assembling products at home... the work is never up to paid standards.
take a look at the link below... you may find something of interest to you that's legitimate and honest paying.

If you know the business's name, check them out at the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org
If not, $10 isn't too much to lose if you want to see if its legit. Also you can file a claim with Paypal if you do not recieve a manual. But who knows, the manual can be crap and not at all what they said it would be. It seems shady because it doesn't have a person for you to call and ask questions.
