William K , stated that people in Houston who are katrina victims don't work, but just wanna know why people think this when every single person i know in houston, which is alot, all work and have steady jobs and have since they got there. and also why are people in houston mad at people from katrina who do have jobs when so many jobs where open when they got there? btw new orleans unempolyment rate is 4.4% as of jan. 07, houston is about 4.5 in a city with way more people if you wanna see the data, i'll post it below

I Work for this partcular company in another state back in 2005 and i left with verbal notice (i'm aware i should have given written) of two weeks when i found out i was moving back to Louisiana (hurricane katrina victim) anyway i applied for the same company Sat. here in Louisiana and they said that the store i worked at before has me listed as no eligible for rehire. now mind you i was a seasonal empolyee anyway and, i moved to go back to school. is that fair. i called to find out why but they said the person i need to talk to was not there and i shoudl call back 2mmrow. what should i do. i have no idea what the reason is and i don't think they will tell me why. i think it may be one of the supervisors i worked for there because she was mean and never really liked me. the olyl problem i ever had was not correctly checking a traveler's check because my job before we didn't accept them so i didn't know how people use them and they didn't train me on that.

i wanna model plus size but most modeling agencies see plus size at like size 12 -16, and i'm a 22. basicly plus size models aren't really plus size at all. BODacious uses models with all there flaws and all in a tasteful why but nude and my mother will kill me if i did nude modeling like that, i mean its not totally nude btu i rather not ask her to what degree of nudity she would pefer lol, anyway are there any magazines like this but clothes on? some that focus more on fashion or just plsu size issue or something

okay me and my friend had a very heated converation over this and i would liek to find out what you guys would say, now she sayd Pre-marital sex is wrong but i say she is being a hypocrite, she hasn't had sex yet but she had done some other things along a sexual nature. also when she asked me if i believe in Pre-marital sex i said its a personal descion for every person and that neither believe nor dis believe in it, and she said well i don't believe in it then, and is aid no every person has to right i decide to have sex or not, now i'm a devoted catholic but somethings i honestly differ on things from what the bible says, i and well aware of what the bible says about sex but its still a personal choice and no i do not believe you will burn in hell if you have sex. what do you guys think?

it has to be adjustable so i can add spice because my mom likes spicy food (we are New Orleans people), i can't think of anything to make for mother's day thats different from the everyday, i want to do something with shrimp and chicken but i can't seem to find any good recipes. hearty recipes, no stir fry i can't stand that, we're from louisiana so we don't eat too many veggies (no joke for real) any help will be great! i'm from new orleans and i live in baton rouge now, and every hair salon i go to no one or only one person does straw curls and that person is never there. i don't see whats they big deal, i know it takes a while to set but i've seen people get regular curls and be there for hours. its not that hard. just about everyone in new orleans did them. ugh i'm frustated.

i was wonder where is the beach and how far is it from downtown near Michiagn Ave, since thats were i'm stayin and is it open now. also i asked before but i didn't get the best aswers, can u recommend the best food you can only find in chicago, i need some breakfast placed and some dinner places not too high prices, maybe one dinner place cause we might go to dave and busters, any some other stuff to do, Thanks so much!!

i'm going to be in Chicago with my mom and to see my BFF and i wanna know what should we do, we will be in town 27-30 of this month so basiclly 2 days that saturday and sunday cause the other are travel days, what should we do, all i wanna do is get some chicago style pizza at Gino's East but i heard its an hour wait and another hour for pizza, is that true? is it the best? i only want the best. anywhere else you can suggest to eat (not expensive, casual type) and fun places to go. we will i downtown i think, we are taking Amtrak in.

imma freshman, i sat out a year because of hurricane katrina, and now my grades or terrible, it hard for me to even get up and got o class cause i live so far from campus and its a long walk to the bus stop and the bus takes and hour or two to come, my mom doesn't understand and just thinks i'm lazy, my friends too, but i'm not. anyway i woul stay on campus but 1. i can't afford it, i already have $2,000 in loans i arather not have anymore, my questions is if they do tell me i can't come back next semester, can i enroll at community college and pull my grades up? even wit the loan? will the school tell me my grades are too low? will i be able to still get my grant from FAFSA too? or do you think the school i go now will let me come back, i'm really don't wanna go to summer school cause i ould use the summer and work to get a car, but i will if i have to, i don't wanna disappoint my mom but i don't think she understand how hard it is for me.
