Couldn't Sean Hannity find a better guest than Oliver North to make point valid?
It seems like Sean Hannity of FOX NEWS (March 05/2007) and Oliver North did not like the way the British sailors were released. They argued that British negotiations for the captives had only set the stage for more seizures. Recall that Oliver North had a role in the Iran Contra affair 20 years ago, for which he was indicted on 16 felony counts and convicted of three – later overturned on a technicality. Since then he has not held any position in foreign policy.
Plus they forgot to mention that North had no problem selling Iran TONS of weaponry in 1985-1986 in return for the release of American hostages.

ScooterLibby relishes the half-truth.
If he wanted to be objective, he would include a list of commentators with prior military service, from *BOTH* sides of the political spectrum.
But he won't do that, he thinks his biased sample should be used to draw conclusions.
Bad form, Scooter...bad form.
Addition: Can leftist1234 please provide the *NAME* of the right winger he is accusing of treason...then describe the treasonous offense and correlate the offense with the law...according to the Constitution?

I love Ollie because he's a jarhead. He's a man that gets things done. Ooorah!
On the other hand, Sean Hannity never even served in any branch, he should shut his damn piehole about war strategy, the surge and all other war related subjects. He hasn't earned the right.

I love how the righties throw the term "treason" around so much. They say things like "protesting is treason" and "those liberals are guilty of treason just for speaking badly of the president" or accusing congress of treason for trying to act like the check and balance that it's supposed to be...
...yet one of their most vocal supporters (and a person they are very quick to call a patriot and try to defend) really did commit treason and aid and comfort an enemy. Of course, they also neglect to mention that their God, Ronald Reagan, was implicated in that treason and willfully participated.
Methinks it's all redirection... they think they're looking in the mirror when they speak to us.

Sean Hannity is a commentator - that means he is paid to give his opinions. His guests are chosen because they either support or contrast his opinions. But it is all opinion. Not fact. He has the right to his opinion, just as we all have the right to our own opinions. If you don't agree with him, don't listen.
