When typing a list of dos and don'ts, do you spell dos like this?

Update:

Thank you for all your 'opinions' on the subject, but I really need a factual answer. So far only one person has shown qualifications of being an English major. So who knows the real answer and what do you have to back it up?

it should be spelled "dos" simply because if you put an apostrophe in it, it denotes a missing letter or ownership.

As in Don't meaning do not.

Or, That is Henry's book. Meaning it belongs to Henry

I would leave out the apostrophe. Do's and Don'ts is totally inconsistent because the apostrophes in the two words mean different things. If you want to say Do's, it should really be Don't's as well, but that looks stupid. Dos and Don'ts.
