Does anyone else think we need age limits on certain kinds of clothing?

Yes, as long as the rules apply to everyone.

I'm personally really tired of seeing middle-school girls with uber-mini's and uggs. While we're at it, we should also outlaw ANY undergarments being visible above the waistline of the pants - and this would apply to both men and women!!! Oh, yeah! And pajamas outside the home should never be allowed!

You should forward this message to any fashion magazine. They may hire you to make articles about Fashion Emergency "The Do's & Dont's of style". Anything beyond that is DRAT. People have the right to wear what ever they want, the law would be rediculous to add age limits to different types of clothing. If the law banned it in any way, the clothing companies would not make any money & it would affect their business. Your better off not talking so much trash about them & if they are wearing something you don't like seeing, then simply DON'T LOOK AT THEM.

Yeah .. Let's pull the cops off the streets to wander the mall searching for fashion emergencies .. No insult intended .. but it is just not practical. And where do you draw a fair line? Grandpa on his riding mower in the back yard shirtless, I look the other way. Sexually suggestive cloting typically says more about the charachter and personal integrity of a female to me then their sense of fashion.

However, 14 year olds running around the high school halls wearing the same outfits, different story.. hold the parents accountable..! Send the kids home to change. There are more than enough distractions in school as it is.. and clothing is about the simplist to remedy.

I completely agree. I'm getting tired of seeing young girls in barely there clothing. I also think there should be a size limit to sexy clothing. For example, thongs in a size xxxL or langiera in size 44. If your over size 12 or under the age of 16 don't even think about buying skimpy clothes.

OMG Yes! Dont wear writing across your booty if you are over 30. Dont wear short shorts if you are over 21. Dont wear granny sweaters if you are under 55. Dont wear mini skirts/shorts with uggs EVER. What is wrong with people. Shorts and Uggs. Um can you not decide if you are hot or cold?

YES. I see women 30+ wearing clothes from Body Shop and clubbing stores like that. On the opposite end, I've also seen little girls wearing halter tops, mini skirts and high heels. I second that notion!!

i agree but there is in the "rules of fashion" those people just dont care about how they look for themselves and other people. how about signing whoever you have the main problem with about this (sounds like its mrs. robinson..) for the show on tlc, what not to wear. its a great show and they really help people with their fashion problems, everything from fit, what suits their style, and the fashion trends. its great and it will take care of mrs. robinson's problem with fashion.

i know i mean i see 12 year old girls walking out in super mini short skirts that says "sexygirl" on the shorts. i mean what is this? she is 12 for god sakes. i mean for girls younger than like 18 shouldn't be allowed because kids are growing up way too fast and not in a good way. my younger cousin is 13 and she wears things that make her look like a hooker and she goes around trying to act tough and using a lot of profanity and thinking she all that. all kids are like that today. it's crazy. you have 12 year olds walking around in short skirts and tight shirts which says things like "i ain't ez but we can discuss it" i saw a girl walking around in a shirt that said that. kids are growing up wayyyy toooo fast.

I agree, we wonder why chicks are preg at 15 and why i throw up when i hit the mall . People need to realize what they are. But they get NOTICED!!!! We live in an age we are no longer easily surprised, and shock value means everything.

I think some clothes look bad on some people and some ages.
