The power formula for the relationship between voltage and resistance is E=IR or E=I x R where E is the electromotive force in volts, I is current in amperes, and R is curcuit resistance in ohms. Substituting the given values into the formula: 12=3R. solving for R then becomes E/I=R or 12/3=R
R=4 Answer is 4 ohms or B.

Ohms = volts/amps
Ohms = 12 volts divided by 3 amps
12 divided by 3 = 4 ohms

V = I x R
V = 12 volts
I = 3 amps
R = V / I = 12 volts / 3 amps = 4 ohms

4 ohms.
volts = current times resistance.
resistance = voltage divided by current.
current = voltage divided by resistance.
its called ohms law.

no resistance cause if there were resistance then you would have no flow
