Deeply Saddened...?
Is this true: If you cannot ride/learn how to ride a bike, you cannot learn how to drive.
I'm having difficulty learning how to drive and sadly, i cannot ride a bike either? Or am I just doubting myself too much???
When other people tell me that driving for them is easy or that they are learning how to drive w/out difficulties, I feel envious and saddened. Is it normal?

I'm not saying that you aren't normal, but this particular thing you describe isn't really normal for most people.
Maybe you should consider seeing a therapist to see if you have an anxiety disorder. If you are doubting yourself too much there's probably a reason for it (either psychological or else a chemical imbalance). Either way, a professional could help you figure out what the problem is and maybe cure it or at least help you keep it under control.

I didn't start learning how to drive until I was 18, & every time I would drive, I was so nervous that one or both of my eyes would swell shut afterwards. Sometimes it has a lot to do with who's teaching you. You need someone who will shut up & just let you drive & grab the steering wheel if necessary. I drive great now & I have never gotten one traffic violation or had an accident. It pays to be scared cause you need to be very careful & wary when driving. Everybody is different. Just set your mind to it, decide you are going to do it,one way or another. Driving an old beat up car, with someone who will be quiet, will be your best bet. If you can, buy an old small car that runs, that would be your best bet. Then maybe you can relax a little & take your time & learn how to drive.
GOOD LUCK!!

you are putting to much into it...i was 14 and used to steal moms car to drive around with my sister...only around the block...but hey...i was still a good girl....you just have to think of it as getting from one place to another...don't think to hard...you are doughting yourself...and that makes it even harder...take your time....you'll get it.
