How do I tell my parents that i need a wife?

If fixed/arrange marriage is mandatory in your culture, if you can only have sex with your wife and if you decide to abide by these rules, then tell your parents that you think you are mature enough for a wife and that it's time they fixed you up with someone. Otherwise, if your culture is very liberal, then put yourself out there and make the effort to meet women. If all else fails, hire a prostitute.

I guess I don't understand why you need to tell your parents. Is this some kind of tradition that your parents pick a wife for you? I am from America and if a guy wants a girl friend, he just asks her out. Are you not able to do that? I am confused.
