ok i know this is a stupid question but what exactly is limewire?

kinda like itunes, but it is free. you download limewire from java.com. you can sync iPods with it. with limewire you search for a song, double-click on the song or music video you want, then wait for it to download. after that you go to your library and double-click on the song to listen to it.

Limewire is a progrsm which allows p2p(peer to peer) network acessing. This allows people to share files across the internet. This is what allows people to download music files for free.

It is a peer to peer file sharing program. Essentially you are pulling files off of the computers of other people who also use limewire, and they can take files that you choose to share off of your computer when you have limewire open. There is nothing illegal about the program itself, but it is illegal to pirate software or copyrighted media through it.

i does not use limewire to acquire content fabric, from what i've got heard it truly is between the worst for virusus and malware. there are a number of different classes to apply, bittorrent, utorrent, napster, etc. get legal content fabric ;-). if it truly is song you opt for for there are a number of locations to get songs for $a million or much less a bite.

It's a website to download music. But be careful, my friend uses it all of the time, she is always getting "stuff" in her computer. She got 7 dialers, and when she got her phone bill, there 2 internet accounts set up and charged to her telephone bill. So, do you think it is worth it?
