urgent help please!?
I believe my dog has swallowed a number of claritin pills. It is an anti-histimine. I think that maybe i should attempt to induce vomiting but i'm not sure how to do that. Any quick advice!?!?!?

Take your dog to a vet immediately. You should not attempt treatment on your own.

Peroxide, it works really quick atleast for my dog. Here is info
The appropriate dose of hydrogen peroxide is one teaspoon per 10 pounds of body weight. If you have an oral syringe, one teaspoon equals 5 cc or 5 ml. Once given, walk your dog around or gently shake the stomach area to mix the peroxide with the stomach contents. Vomiting should occur within 15 to 20 minutes. If no vomiting occurs, you can safely repeat the three percent hydrogen peroxide once. If it is still not effective, your dog may need to be seen by a veterinarian for stronger vomiting medication.

I worked for a vet clinic for years, plus my friends dog actually ate her prescription bottle of claritin. It is not going to kill your dog. You dog just won;t have allergies for awhile. He may be drowsy or act a little goofy.
The only exception to this is if your dog is older, has liver kidney or heart problems. Then get them to a vet.

You really shouldn't be doing anything yourself. Get your dog to a vet quickly if you love him/her.
