Whenever a person feels and thinks that they can commit is enough. Of course they should know what they want and be able to properly communicate this with their intended spouse and this person should be able to speak their mind right back and compatibility should be there. I don't think financial stability or having a house is important to all couples, this is just an example of the expectations that you may have.

This depends from person to person.
If you are well off moneywise, you can get married at the age of 21, produce two kids by the age on 25 and let the kids grow with you when you will be in a better position to bring them up nicely.
If you are career oriented, get married at 30 max.
Giveup the thought of marriage after 35 as it would just be like having a companion with whom you have live.
The choice is your buddy

Ask yourself how well you are able to fill your needs and the needs of another. How good are you at dealing with conflict? Your mate will have his/her own ways of doing things. Can you still love someone who doesn't always act loving towards you? What if you don't feel you love your mate? Could you stay with that person anyway? Can you love someone enough to let them go if they decide to love someone else? How secure do you feel about yourself? Are you ready to take the good with the bad with the same person forever? . How do you feel about being a parent? Marraige offers big challenges and great rewards....and so does the single life.

Age and job are two factors that ought to be considered.
Willingness of the parents and other consideration like the marriage of elder sister do matter before you take a leap forward.

Financial independence is extremely important before one gets married. The individual should also be emotionally and physically ready for marriage. I think these two aspects are extremely important while considering getting married

When he/she becomes confident enough to start a life of their own without anybody else's interference, they can consider a matrimonial alliance.

Only after you are an Adult, responsible, know the harshness of life, ready to adjust, make space for others, ready for a commitment, mature enough to handle others and lastly you are sure that you would not get bored of your better half after a period!!

Maturity. I personally think that people should be well-rounded, stable adults with their own full lives before they think of inviting another person to share that life with them. No wondering if you've missed out, or what you might have had if....
