Nothings wrong with that ! You're both of legal age and pretty much happy, don't you ?
But I say that because I don't really know you. If you ask this question to someone close to you (parents or siblings maybe ?) I think they wouldn't have blurt out as simple of an answer like mine.
Do you comfortable with your relationship ? With his daughter ? If you're comfortable enough I think it's only fair if you ask him how he feels about you. Caring for someone can be interpreted to so many ways. Even more complicated when sex is involved. I have friends who care much about each other and they are sexually involved but when I ask them about their relationship, both said that it's just a fling. A filler before something or someone more serious comes their way.
I mean what better way to avoid lonelyness, right ?
So, nothing's wrong with it. Unless he doesn't feel the way you feel.
I say ask him, and I hope he feels the same way you do.

No, I don't think there is anything wrong with that. If you two know that you were meant to be you also have nothing to worry about. And if you are having any problems you should just take him into a room, privately, sit down and talk. If he says he'll be there for you then he will, at least for now. Just tell him how you feel. A few words never killed anybody. :D

No, nothing wrong with it...
but I feel a need to caution you about workplace romances. Been there, done that... now I know better.
Not a good idea. You could both end up with no job even if your employer is cool about it.
If you don't feel like he has the same emotions you do... likely he doesn't... or is a game player. Who else at the office is he sweet on?

There is nothing wrong with you dating an older man, and if he is interested that way, then go for it. My husband is six years older then I and has a daughter from a previous relationship and we have a really great marriage. Just keep in mind, that with him also comes his daughter and think about if that is a commitment that you are willing to make. People with children often do not tread lightly when it comes to dating as they are not only in it for themselves. Best of luck to you.

You could almost be describing my life 18 years ago. My wife & I are now married 17 years.
It wasn't an easy road but we're doing just fine now.
There's going to be a slight generation gap to deal with.
Step parenting has been tough for my wife, although her & my 22 year old daughter are finally becoming friends again.
She made me shave my moustashe so I didn't look that much older.
Family members were cruel about it but we just ignore them.
I'm getting gray & she isn't.
All in all if you're in Love it'll be worth it.
Go for it!

i'm a 22 year old girl and my boyfriend of three years is 6 years older then me.. we have a fantastic relationship.. age doesn't matter , what matters is how you communicate, and work together. As for the kid, that is up to you about how you feel about it.. but his past shouldn't hurt the future.. give it a shot..

no...but tell him how you feel and ask him if he feels the same. The only way you are going to know is if you ask him. It can be scary, but im sure he'll understand. Just ask...and No...Its ok for an age difference, as long as its not 22 and 49..then it might be kind of weird...lol

It's not your ages that is the problem. If you work together, you probably shouldn't be having an affair. When, and if, you break up, going to work is going to be rough. He says he "cares" for you. That isn't an "I love you." Why are you letting him use you like this? You can probably do a lot better.

well i think it's perfectly fine.i mean i know this may sound weird and all cuz you may always be hearing but that's cuz it's true.you don't have to fall in love with someone who's your age, love is just how you feel towards a person and that's all there is to it.it really doesn't matter who you the person is as long as you love them.we learn from our mistakes and if it doesn't work out that's just one more lesson learned.
