Definitely the Mr. Clean magic eraser. Many companies are producing a generic form now which would probably be more practical since it sound like a large item. Initially, when I first tried the erasers and was moderately impressed. But I have given it a second chance on items such as yours and have been EXTREMELY satisfied. GoOD LuCk!

FYI: If that doesn't work Krylon makes a new paint for plastic called Fusion that could give your table a facelift!

I would say a bleaching agent such as soft scrub with bleach or even comet. Soft scrub really does wonders on white anything! Let it sit for about 5 minutes and bleach off all that excess goo underneath and then use a nice brush to scrub.

There is cleaner especially made made for deck furniture that you spray on the furniture. Lowe's, etc. should have it. I use it every year on my plastic chairs and lawn furniture. Spray it on and use a scrub brush then hose it off with a garden hose.

Bathroom spray cleaner...like scrubbing bubbles. Spray, allow to sit for a few mins and rinse. A little elbow grease helps.
