Why do I have a large bumb inside my ear lobe?

It feels like a pimple, only it's right in the center of my ear lobe and not visible. It is just a very painful lump - anyone know what this is and what I can do to heal it?

possibly a spider bite? Or could be you aren't washing your ears with soap and you have a pimple. Many people usually jump in the shower Wash the hair, shave, and wash their body. However many people forget to wash your ears! Keep in mind just as much dirt can build up there as on your face.

It may be a sebaceous cyst (a small pouch of fluid) that when infected become absesses. The best bet is to leave it alone and see if it clears up on its own..if it gets bigger or still is painful then you should talk to your doctor..they may need to open it up for you and give you an antibiotic.
