Here's a website which lists all the bikes suitable for short riders.

VTwin Mama's Motorcycles For Short Riders

www.vtwinmama.com/motorcycles_for_short_riders.htm (it doesn't seem to want to show the whole website so, after the underscore put for, underscore short, underscore riders.htm) You can also type in to google "short riders motorcycle list" and you'll get a bigger variety but this website seems to be quite adequate. Good luck.

    I'm 5'3" and I ride a Honda Shadow 750 and a Ducati Monster 695 (lowered)

I don't know of any height restriction to ride a motorcycle. I would suggest looking at a cruiser or chopper style bike. Their seat heights are the lowest. Go to your local Harley dealer and sit on a few. Both feet should touch the ground. If only one touches while you lean the bike to one side or the other, the seats too high. People customize bikes all the time. You could always go that route. It will cost you, but it beats not having a bike.

I am 5' 3" and ride a Honda VTX 1300 cruiser. It has a very low seat height that both feet are firmly on the ground. I am currently building a custom softail pro-street and it should not be a problem. When I was looking for the metric cruiser I tried on a few different brands and all of them sat low enough for short legs. With the low profile of them, it does not matter that it weighs over 600 lbs, they are very well balanced. I have has Sportsters before but I found that stock ones, I could only put one foot on the ground at a time.

relies upon on which yamaha. as a usually used rule cruisers have a shorter seat height and are extra convenient to diminish. i'm approximately 5'4" and could experience maximum any small cruiser with ease at inventory height dissimilar the bigger cruisers with a sprint reducing. flow to the dealership and take a seat on diverse motorcycles. pull them upright off the kickstand (such as you would be at a stoplight ) is this gentle do you have a stable footing with the two ft or are you on tiptoes is the motorbike to heavy. those are all substantial issues. a affected person shop clerk at a community keep stands out as the suitable source you will locate.stable luck an have exciting.

Yes, there are alot of bikes with low seat heights. Harley's newest Sportster only has a seat height of 25". I don't know about other brands but Harley has lowering kits and special seats that lower the stock seat height.

It's not only height, but also strength, when your bike fall over,

will you be able to pick it up, let alone control it while riding' so

start pumping the iron. start from a smaller bike and work your

way up to a good size Harley Davidson.

Why not go to a local bike seller and check out some bikes, talk to a dealer and see what type bike suits you the best?
