Possibly moving to Florida. What areas are good and which are bad??
Due to the awful economy where I live, I am going to have to move out of state if I ever want to use my degree (Elementary Ed). Florida needs teachers very badly, and it is a quick and cheap plane ride home from Orlando or Tampa. I have been looking for jobs with-in an hour of either city. Volusia County needs 700-800 teachers for the fall and Polk County needs about 500. Those are just examples, I have looked at other areas as well. So, where are some good, safe areas to live? I am in my early-to-mid twenties and will be living alone. I want to make sure that I only apply to safe areas! Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Live near a retirement community which is good, safe and will always have steady economy.
Where in Florida do you want to move to?
Wherever spend a little more and live in good neighborhood and you will enjoy peace, quiet, safety and security which is worth more than the couple of hundreds you might end up spending.
Every city or town has a better neighborhood.
