Are coppers' uniforms blue or black?

The tunic is black..... which we hardly ever wear except for court appearances. The rest of our uniform is a mixture of black and blue. It all depends on which force you are in and which department within that force. I wear blue trousers and a black polo shirt.

Uniforms in most U.S. cities are blue. However, officers in other cities (some in California, I believe) wear black. And then there are officers in the warmer climate cities (Phoenix, Arizona; Dallas, Texas and Miami, Florida are examples) who actually wear light brown uniforms.

Depends strictly on the department. Varies from dept. to dept. Some even wear kaikis, there are no set stardard rules.
