How soon would a pregnancy show up on an internal ultrasound?

They can see it 5 weeks.And then it is pretty hard.With all my pregnancies I had to have one cause I was bleeding.(Ya think they wouldn't want to that one with bleeding,huh?)Anyways they had to put water inside of for my bladder to fill .And they said I was about 5 weeks.Good luck.

I found out I was pregnant on 09/21/1995 and I had a transvaginal ultrasound on 10/06/1995, where they found a 5wk 3day embryo with a heartbeat, measuring just a few millimeters shy of an inch long.

The most accurate due date you can get is from an ultrasound done as early in the pregnancy as possible. Babies tend to grow at strikingly similar rates until they reach about 14-16 weeks.

It usually shows between 4-6wks. It just comes up on the screen as a little gestational sac sitting in the wall of the uterus. Sonographers can give you a due date during that time but it isnt always correct. The best time to calculate due dates from an ultrasound is between 7-10wks as the gestational sac then shows up as a fetus. They then measure the "crown to rump" ratio to calculate the due date. This time is the most accurate - and is usually only a couple of days out.

first of all, congrats!!! 2nd, the sac is the toddler, so its no longer a miscarraige. in case you spot no longer something, then its miscarriage. in basic terms relax and luxuriate in this time...the extra you difficulty, the extra problems you would be able to desire to have.
