I am so sorry to hear about your lost.. I lost my daughter at 22 wks also because I have a incompetence cervix and at the time I did not know that I had that problem. I can't carry children too full term, unless I get stiched. Getting a (cerclage).. But I lost my daugher in 2001 and I was pregnant the following year with another daughter. I feel so blessed to be able to have given a second chance to have a daughter. You will get pregnant again and you will have a healthy baby.. Good Luck to you!!!!

Most doctors will give you a timeframe...such as wait 3 cycles before trying again, or 6 cycles. Mind you, that's just a general, and you should discuss it with your OB, find out what he/she thinks.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I would definitely talk to your doctor about this, but it would be best to let your body heal and rest for at least a few months. You just went through a major change, and your body needs time to get back to normal before attempting another pregnancy.

if you're actually not pregnant now, start up exercising elementary (fairly areobics and aerobic) and devour suitable (no longer in simple terms on your health yet on your destiny infant's health). if you're already pregnant, you'll in simple terms ought to attend until eventually after he/she comes. docs are strongly hostile to weight-loss at the same time as pregnant. study "Mayo health facility's guidance guide to a healthful being pregnant" for information. you are able to exercising at the same time as pregnant, yet your purpose could be health, no longer weight-loss. The further muscle may actually help in demanding artwork besides as getting weight off after your infant arrives. better of success!

The best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor and ask him/her. They would be able to give you exact advice on your situation.
