What is a healthy weight for an 11 y/o who is 5'3"? 10 pts. for first answer!?

Well i am 11 y/o and we are having the 5th grade physical fitness test on friday. They are going to weigh us and i just wanted to know a healthy weight for me. I am about 5'3" and i come from a family that is sort of over weight. Also if you can give me some tips in how to lose weight quickly that is great. Your help is appreciated!

I also have kind of a big bone structure.

    It depends on your build. When my daughter was that age and height she was about 125-130. On her that was fine, but some girls with very tiny bone structures still weigh in the 90's at that age and height. The best way to tell if you are overweight is to look in the mirror while you are wearing clothes that fit well. Weight is not as important as how you actually carry the weight.

    You can't really pinpoint an ideal weight based only on height. It involves other factors and at 11 you're still growing like crazy and there isn't really a particular weight you should or should not be. You are waaaay too young to be worried about losing weight! Enjoy your life, don't stress. It doesn't how much you weigh.

    85-115 personly i am about 4'4'' and am the same age and i am way under weight i way about 68 pounds

    my 11 yo son is 4'8" and weighs 79lbs...he is 50% for height and weight.

    well your only 11 why be worried what your weight is right now.....accept your body for who you are not what you are.

    125 would be ideal, but it depends on your build and your muscle content.
