Should I use Creatine?

I recently lost a lot of weight. I am now trying to firm up and build some muscle and not be flabby. I already use a protein powder and seem to be developing muscle pretty well, but I wonder about creatine too? Do i need that?

Creatine works very wall for muscle building, but creatine is brought to the muscles by sugars. Most creatines out there supply about 35 grams of dextrose for every 5 grams of creatine. If you recently lost weight, you might want to find an alliterative. Many companies claim to have creatines that don't need the sugar, I personally don't believe them.

My fiance works out often and says he would never use Creatine. He does use a protein powder, stick with that and work with weights, you'll tone in no time. and the first guy or second is right, tone don't build cuz it can turn back to fat! Get em' girl!

There is no evidence from any study that suggests Creatine has "health hazards".

You can use creatine without fear.

Muscle will not "turn back to fat", any more than you can turn concrete into gold. They are two different substances.

It's 2007 and we're still seeing fitness myths from the 1940's!!
