What can you use instead of a nettie pot? I've tried a sippy cup as the nettie pots are all sold out.?
I've tried with a small sippy cup but the water goes in and feels like when you go swimming and your head is full of water. What am I doing wrong? Just tell me how to position my head.

My allergist recommended using a sterile saline solution sold for cleaning contact lenses. It comes in a flexible plastic bottle and you can squeeze the solution into your nostrils. Works for me. Lean your head forward over the sink.

i had to look that up/it is a pot used for sinus irrigation/get a lg medicine dropper/ it will take longer /but it will work
